Remembering Eric
Eric James Tate was born on March 12, 1989, in Bethesda, Maryland, to Robert and Elin Tate.
He was the kind of person who made you feel like you were the most important person in the room. Not because he tried to, but because that's just who he was. Eric put others first. Always. It wasn't a choice he made, it was simply how he moved through the world.
He had a laugh you couldn't ignore and a heart you couldn't forget. He was passionate, intelligent, and genuinely good. The kind of good that's rare.
For five years, Eric fought. On October 10, 2022, the battle ended. But Eric didn't lose. You don't lose when you leave behind a world full of people who carry you with them. He is still here. He always will be.
This is a place to remember him.
